The pump can be run at any time of day on 15-minute intervals using this timer.
This system's aerators will operate constantly. A piezoelectric buzzer will be installed in the enclosure's door, along with a 360-degree top-mounted red light for alarm circumstances.
A 120VAC single phase pump with ½ HP or less can be powered by the 20 Amp pump circuit breaker. A Grasslin Pin Timer controls the pump's operation. This kind of technology is primarily utilized for aerobic spray at night, when you want the pump to only run during specific hours. Two shaft aerators will be continually powered by two 7 Amp aerator circuit breakers. The alarm circuit will be powered by the 10 Amp alarm circuit breaker. The High Water alarm is intended to be operated in conjunction with a float switch that is typically open. The buzzer and red alarm light will turn on when the high water float switch is raised.
Two current switches are used by this control to keep an eye on the aerator's activity. In order to draw air through the hollow motor shaft and out of the tee, the shaft aerators use a spinning tee on the bottom of the shaft instead of air lines. The alarm light and buzzer will be activated by the current switch if either motor turns off owing to thermal overload, disconnects from the power source, or the circuit breaker trips. Compared to most alarm systems on the market today, which rely solely on the circuit breaker to trip, this kind of alarm has advantages. The enclosure's door is equipped with buzzer silent switches and alarm test switches.
With a NEMA classification of 4X, the enclosure offers defense against caustic substances, falling liquids, dirt, and water directed from a hose.
The polycarbonate enclosure measures 10" x 8" x 4" and features a hinged, lockable door with latches and screws to secure it if necessary. All of the electrical parts are installed on an aluminum back plate inside the enclosure.
