Sewage Simplex Control Panel 120V LPD-B
Sewage Simplex Control Panel 120V LPD-B
The LPD-B is made to run an alarm-equipped simplex lift station. Pump up and pump down operations are both possible with this control.
With a two-float configuration, the pump operates on demand. The two floats are the High Water Alarm float and the Pump On/Off float. There is no contractor for this control, and the On/Off-Pump Float will handle all pump amperage.
This control panel can run a pump that is 1/2 HP or less and 120 VAC single phase. This control has two circuit breakers. A 20 Amp single pole circuit breaker is used by the pump, while a 10 Amp single pole circuit breaker is used by the alarm. The alarm is intended to be operated in conjunction with a float switch. The 360-degree top-mounted red alarm light and piezoelectric buzzer will activate when the float switch closes. The enclosure's door is equipped with buzzer silent switches and alarm test switches. This control can be used to pump effluent from a low pressure dosing septic system or sewage from a septic holding tank to a treatment unit.
With a NEMA classification of 4X, the enclosure offers defense against caustic substances, falling liquids, dirt, and water directed from a hose. Made of polycarbonate, the 8"x6"x4" enclosure features a hinged, lockable door with latches and supplied screws for door security if needed. All of the electrical parts are installed on an aluminum back plate inside the enclosure.
